It is also possible that the manager of the research or development department leaves unexpectedly, causing a temporary lack of (management) and continuity.

With my extensive experience as a technical entrepreneur, international project leader and manager of multidisciplinary teams, I can quickly step in to take over the management of the department. I quickly analyse where the bottlenecks are, in terms of content, organisation or process, and provide structure and clarity. I then manage the team, set priorities and provide practical solutions so that the project or department gets moving again. My approach is result-oriented and pragmatic: I combine a fresh, independent perspective with hands-on involvement and broad technical knowledge.

Whether it concerns getting a stalled innovation going again, solving technical problems, or temporarily filling the role of R&D manager, I ensure that there is quickly overview, control and progress again. This gives your organization the space to grow and innovate successfully.

I work on location a few days a week, and on the other days I provide flexible support from my own office. You can count on my full commitment and involvement, without a standard 9-to-6 mentality. I am available when necessary and ensure continuity.

The monthly rate for this interim service is €12,000, invoiced monthly in advance. The collaboration is completely flexible: you can extend or terminate this service per month, without notice. This way you keep maximum control over your investment and the continuity of your organization is guaranteed.
